Pronto Bed is a great family business, friendly and welcoming. The delivery was on time and without issues. The delivery staff were friendly and polite, setting up the bed and clearing up all the rubbish. This is our second bed from this company, and we recommend them over the big chain companies.

We had no hesitation in returning to Pronto Beds as we previously had a good experience with this family run business. The customer service they provided in resolving an error we made was excellent. The delivery men were exemplary as were the showroom staff.

Second bed delivered by Pronto. Not a lot to more to say. Lovely bed. Delivered on time, polite delivery men, who took the old bed and all of the packaging from the new one.

Reasonably priced, fantastic quality bed and mattress delivered and assembled at 7am this morning.
Communication second to none, delivery drivers were very polite, on time and also extremely careful when manoeuvring a king size bed around a not so easy staircase and walkway. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use Pronto Beds again

Bought a bed from here for my young son and can’t recommend this shop enough. There was so much choice and the lady in the shop was so helpful and able to offer helpful advice. We were able to mix and match what we wanted to choose the right bed for us. The bed was delivered quickly, the delivery drivers were so friendly and put the bed together for us.
