Excellent customer service from start to finish. Helped us pick the right matress and bed base. Arranged a delivery date, just a week before it was due to be delivered I need to change the date, that was not a problem, phone call before delivery letting me know what time they would get there. Just amazing service 100% recommend

Great service from the team, they really know their stuff and you can see they take pride in making sure their customers are buying the right things for them. Bought both a bed and mattress from them which we are extremely happy with. New bed was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering of which larger companies were advising 12-16 weeks due to pandemic. Will always go to these guys now.

Phoned the store 9.30 on a Sunday morning not expecting anyone to respond (Mothers Day as well). Had a call from James who met my mother-in-law at the store at 11am for an urgently needed bed for her mum. Was delivered within the hour and nothing was too much trouble as always.
