Niam, the salesman in the Dartford branch was extremely helpful, very professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. Thank you for all your help!! I would recommend Bensons for Beds on price, quality and would definitely use them again.

I visited several Bensons stores whilst I deliberated which mattress to buy, I always found the staff to be helpful , knowledgeable and they didn’t pressure me to make any quick decisions just for a sale.

Our bed firstly turned up without the right amount of wheels and feet and then the men building it discovered the mechanism for the ottoman was broken. After waiting 6 weeks for this delivery we now have to wait 4-6 weeks for a replacement bed. Not happy at all!

My Sales Advisor was very helpful, he offered the comfort mattress finder, were he explained the benefits and selecting the correct mattress, and pillows, Friendly and looked at a range of beds and mattresses

Naim was brilliant I tried a few beds as I have a bad back Naim didn't rush me at all and explained each mattress as I went along, fantastic service.
Had my mattress for a few weeks and realised it wasn't for me so i exchanged it again superb customer service delivery guys were amazing i cannot promote this company enough you will not get a better service ant where else
