Bensons for Beds Romford

Had the most amazing service in store in December from the manager! Taught us so much about the mattresses and gave us our time to decide. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Delivery date was adjustable which really helps with moving to a new build.

Well if your looking for a bed I highly advise you to shop in another store ! I ordered a Tempur elite mattress! And divan bed! I Was not told before we placed the order that we are looking at 3 months ! Only once the finance went through ! Next was given a date any ways 6 weeks down the line a payment comes out from the finance comes out??? Even though we have not received the goods ??? Basically telephoned the shop someone in the Romford store told the finance company that the order was delivered and marked to ! Well that’s not all my order after 3 months was ment to be arriving this Thursday taken and disposed our old bed frame to receive a text to say your order is delayed and it’s not arriving on Thursday at 18:00pm when the offices then closed ! No phone call just a text !!! You can imagine our frustration at the way we have been treated ! Order was cancelled yesterday I now have to speak to the customer service team to make sure that the finance team have cancelled our order and try to obtain the payments back that they have taken !! Please avoid at all costs !! Bensons are the biggest headache and they never return your calls

Still aint got my bed delivered after 4 bloody months. Watchdog did a story on them. They not delivering when they say it be due. My delivery been cancelled twice now and then rearranged. My star rating is now dowm to one.. Useless

Worst services DO NOT GO FOR THIS BRAND. I am waiting since april 2022 for my order and still no clue now finally last 15 days trying to connect with them to cancel my order and this is also not happening. I will never ever go to them in my entire life.

Bensons canceled 1st time, 2nd time only half stuff came, 3rd time again pillows outstanding, and guys could take up one of the large boxes and where not willing to open the box and take the stuff up. 4th time redelivered the same box and left it in my hallway on ground floor. I stripped the box down with my wife and simply took the parts upstairs and still there are pillows outstanding. Not bad Bensons from early 1st delivery was on July approximately 9th and now it’s 30th September 2022 and still can’t get it right. Never again Bensons. Thank you

Helpful & knowledgable staff & not pushy in anyway.
The beds were more expensive than your main stores online but the quality did look far superior after send 2 online beds back due to quality.
Shame the wait is 10 weeks but fingers crossed it might be slightly quicker 9.5

Great service from the staff at the store very knowledgeable & friendly going that extra mile. Was kept informed as to when my bed base was being delivered right up to the moment of delivery and delivery men where courteous & helpful also carried the base upstairs for me.
Would highly recommend Bensons for Beds to both family & friends 👍🏻
