I was kept updated with what time the guys would likely arrive. The caller was courteous and professional. The team arrived within minutes of when they said they would arrive. When they arrived, all three of them gave a friendly welcome and they all seemed approachable. The room where the bed was going to was confirmed and a route to that room was planned. It seemed a professional was to do the job, not just “let’s try and see if it’ll fit”. The team worked hard to lift and move the very heavy mattress, keeping their cool all the way through the manoeuvre. Once all the pieces had been brought into my home, the team confirmed that I was happy with the products and kindly asked me to sign. The team used shoe covers throughout their time in my home to protect my carpets and took great care of my walls, doorways and other furniture. A top quality delivery that are a credit to your company.

Great staff and experience altogether. Went in wanting to check the colouroptions of a bed base, and came out having bought a base + mattress. Very pleased with the service and the shop, didn't feel remotely pressured or pushed into buying anything we didn't want, and were given the space and time to make an informed choice. Thank you!

Don’t be fooled by the ‘great sales’ they have.
We bought a mattress 3 years ago. Followed the manufacturers instructions on the booklet they gave us and the mattress has still dipped. Apparently it’s not faulty regardless of us following THEIR instructions. The mattress is under the 5 year warranty which apparently means nothing. We’re having to go through an ombudsman now.
Check out their customer service reviews before you purchase. It’s appalling!!!!
I know that too many people who have had to suffer with terrible mattress from this company.
