Bensons for Beds Beckton

Bought expensive mattress and after 3 years of use they completely dropped in shape and after many emails and photos sending to them I haven't had any help so new buyers BEWARE as you will have no guarantee at all after payment,they will find millions excuses or just simply ignore you....SCAMMERS

I order a mattress in June and delivery needs to be on 25 July, I waited at home but at the end of the day I received a message with the delivery was delayed. I call customer service but they don't know what happens, they order another mattress with delivery on 08 August, unfortunately even this one was cancelled ❌. See the messages attached.

First delivery
Your BENSONS FOR BEDS RETAIL L order will be delivered by DX 2Man on 25/07/22 and is scheduled between the hours of 11:57 to 13:57.

Unfortunately your delivery has been delayed. DX will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Second delivery

We are extremely sorry to advise you that we are currently unable to fulfil your Bensons for Beds delivery as planned.

This is due to some operational issues we are experiencing in our distribution centre. We appreciate this is late notice and are working hard to rectify this as quickly as possible.

We will contact you by phone call/ text message within the next 24 hours to advise you of your new delivery date, please note our Customer Services & Store team will be unable to give any more information at this point.

Once again please accept our sincere apologies for this delay.

The worst experience ever, at the store in Beckton, delivered us a dirty mattress, and they also sent have of our items to a different customer. Nobody at the store was helpful. When you call they will tell you we will call you back and nobody does and when you call them it's just sorry I forgot, do not shop their

The first fine delivery was scheduled, no delivery was made. I had taken a day from work so was very upset. Second time, no time slot was given so had to chase customer service as had to arrange for someone to be at home. The men who delivered the matress were not courteous.

If only I could give them 0 stars! They are quick to take your money but when it comes to delivering your order, these lot take the mick. Bed scheduled for delivery today, the delivery men arrived with headboard and mattress but no frame! The store are useless and apparently can only email the warehouse rather than speak with them directly. Am I meant to sleep on the floor whilst they look for my bed frame which they said was ready for delivery?? Apparently the next available time for delivery is the 30th Dec for a frame which has mysteriously disappeared.

Excellent customer service. The staff strike the perfect balance between being attentive and helping you with information, while also letting you have time to test the beds properly. A great experience!

Very bad experience with them . The delivery guys were not respectful in their way of talking and refused to assemble the products because they said they didn’t have time to complete the work so they left the work incomplete .

Excellent service by the staff. Very helpful, and polite. We’re greeted on arrival and left alone to choose our new bed, however staff were on hand for any questions we had. Shopping there was a pleasure.
