My visit to Benson For Beds in Aintree Liverpool was quite a pleasant experience, Within a few minutes of entering the store I was approached by a female member of staff who asked, if she could be of assistance. I immediately informed her that I had searched online for a double bed and stated the name of the bed and within a few minutes I was trying the bed out by laying on the one I had seen online. The bed was just what I needed, the young assistant then sat me down and discussed all of the properties of the qualities of the bed and also discount available on this sale. I would recommend Bensons For Bed to anyone looking for a quality bed. They simply are the Best.

Poor poor service. Bought the bed then after I paid they said it’s a 7 week wait. Ok! Then got a call telling me it’s a further 3 weeks because of shipping problems. Called customer service who said basically go the shop for a refund or wait.

Not one bit bothered when I turned up to cancel and get a refund, wasted 6 weeks.

Not even a convincing argument to keep the custom or give any kind of empty guarantee to assure next delivery.

Never spend another minute or penny at Bensons

Brilliant. We needed 2 single ottoman beds for our 2 year old Grandson going to 2 separate addresses. Elaine was brilliant. Knew what she was doing and made us so relaxed. She was great with our 3 children/Grandchildren too. Thankyou Elaine

The people in the shop and the delivery team were great. What's let them down is someone in the packing dept not packing all the parts needed and now we have to wait 7 to 10 working days w8thout a bed.

Don’t buy from this company. Ordered three TV beds which have been delayed by over two months, had numerous deliver dates but beds never arrived. When two of the beds arrived there were parts missing and after two days the motor went on one of the beds Still waiting for last bed to arrive. Very poor service and would never buy here again.

Had encountered problem from start til end of delivery. Even had to have 3 delivery day arrangements as items missing never placed on delivery van.
