Bensons for Beds Folkestone

Went to Store ordered a bed for my daughter said it’ll take 6 weeks; the six weeks came bed on its way but only half of it the base no mattress, didn’t except it, so got another delivery date; and on that day only half this time the mattress and no base. Wasn’t happy as . So got another delivery date with in a few days ; and guess what 3/4 of the bed the mattress and half of the base. By this time was very upset, so trying to get my money back which they were not happy with and tried to get me to have a different bed. Well got a refund eventually only because I was not happy with the whole experience. So if you want a new bed I recommend you go elsewhere, NOT Benson Beds.

Great service, the staff knew exactly how to help, showing me the right beds based on my needs. They didn't try to upsell, they were honest and as a result I ended up spending double what I planed. Were both happy so all good!!! Haven't had a sleep this good in years!!!!! A real bed, real springs, soooo happy as I write this knowing I'm getting another amazing sleep tonight 🤣

Reminder to self; bring these guys/girls some decent donuts next time I visit Park farm area.

Our experience of Benson for Beds, Folkestone was almost identical to the experience described 5 months ago by Caroline Maddox: Paul was very helpful in guiding us to the most suitable mattress, the one we chose was very good value for money and the delivery and collection of our old mattress happened when Benson said it would. We had to order a bespoke version because our static caravan fixed bed base is a non-standard length. The new mattress has completely transformed our caravan bedroom for the better!

Really helpful sales staff, not pushy or trying to upsell. Helped me make the right choice, much better than the confusion of the website. Had items before, good quality

I bought a mattress here. Lovely mattress. But the delivery chaps installed a headboard. Months later the headboard has dropped down by 4 inches, looking ludicrous. But because the headboard isn't Bensons, the store won't rectify it.

Annoying when I tipped the chaps £10 each as I was so thankful for them putting it up. (As the chap who took my old bed away, broke my perfect condition headboard, as he was incompetent.)

Sad when people don't do the right thing but hey. God bless all those that do go above and beyond!

Very help full staff a good selection and reasonable prices

Regarding the delivery team only -

My products were literally dropped in my hallway. The delivery drivers did not wear gloves/boot protectors. My products were trodden on multiple times and after asking the drivers to be careful, their excuse was that they were “in a rush and had to hurry”. My bed frame had multiple cracks. My walls also have scuffs and a dent in the plaster too.

This is completely unacceptable

We visited Bensons for Beds in Folkestone today to buy a new mattress. It was a very pleasant experience! We were looked after by Paul who is a skilled salesman, super professional and friendly. He quickly established our preferences and showed us a number of suitable mattresses to give us the widest range of choice.
The purchasing process was quick and we look forward to our new mattress arriving.
We were particularly happy that we had a wide choice of British made mattresses, and the removal of the old mattress which is then fully recycled was an affordable add-on, as was the cover plan which seems very good value for money.
Would highly recommend this store .
