Craig deserves a RAISE!

Walked into Burystedmunds Branch couple months ago and Craig approached us briefly just to offer assistance when needed but did not suffocate us (Already impressed). Once we found what we wanted, we then approached craig but me and my partner was at a standoff with regards to mattress comfort that fit both needs, Craig then offered a solution that resolved everything! Longer story short, We left happy!

One week before we moved into our house, we recieved news that our bedframe was going to be late due to no fault of Bensons but even still, me and my partner were not happy! Craig to the rescue once again and he went above and beyond to satisfy us as loyal and valued customers! I cannot thank craig enough for the level of customer service that he provided. Long story short, our bed was only delayed one week anyway!

Outstanding quality of bed and mattress, we would highly recommend and if you can travel to Bury St Edmunds to get the level of customer service like i did then you will not be dissapointed.

Cannot fault Craig at Bury St Edmunds branch. My elderly parents had their order delayed twice and he pulled out all the stops to sort things out for us. All companies seem to be having supply issues, and Craig is how they should deal with disappointed customers. We've used Benson's for Beds before as they are pretty good value and we will come back again. Keep up the good work Craig.

Absolutely duscusted, they have taken our 85 year old parents bed away and left them with just a matress to sleep on . The frame cant be delivered till 1st July , they are both disabled & no way can they sleep on the floor on a matress, ??? They were not told this when they paid £700 pounds cash up front !!! Why take some ones bed away a leave them with a matress for weeks, words can't explain how angry We are at this company, dont use them p.p.Faircloth....

Phil looked after us very well with our purchase. Good store if you need a bed. Lots of mattresses to try out and ensure you are comfortable. Comfort guarantee too!

The shop staff were friendly and helpful, and the mattress itself is brilliant and arrived on time.
The issue, however was the delivery.
The deliverey team refused to take the mattress upstairs because "the stair gates were in the way". Myself and my wife were easily able to manouver the mattress past the stair gates ourselves with no damage, however as she is pregnant, this was actually a huge risk to her. I also received a small cut to my fingers lowering it onto the bed frame causing a small amount of blood to stain the matress!

A lovely experience today as we searched for our dream bed. A big thank you to Jane, who was absolutely super. She was very informative, showed us bed options based on what we were looking for and also provided us with a quote so we could go away and measure up. We have even received a follow up email. So far the experience has been excellent, and Jane is a credit to the bury store.

Delivery of my mattress was put off for 1 month making delivery 2 months after paying full price for it when I bought it. No way to complain satisfactorily.
Delivery details were strange .

Pain free experience (apart form parting with the money!). Guy in the shop asked what budget we were thinking of...I knew we wanted a divan so mentioned that as well. Tried a couple of beds with no pressure and picked the first one. A good deal in the sale and delivery in 4 weeks which is perfect for us. As I say, pain free!
