Utterly atrocious service. Will only deliver to room of choice if they keep their shoes on, won't even put shoe protectors on. Owner claims white glove delivery service, yet mattress was dropped into my door threshold and shoved through it, only just able to close the door. Prior to delivery owner was rude and patronising to my wife when we asked for delivery to bedroom instead of hall. Will never, ever use again

Purchasing from the bed specialist was a very smooth and pleasant experience. From the great assistance in store to the delivery and assembling of the bed, all the members of staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store.

Delighted with the service my wife and I received from The Bed Specialist. We dealt with Karen, who was very . helpful and knowledgeable on the products they sold. There was no 'hard sell' and no pressure to make any instant decision, just good 'old fashioned ' service, often so lacking in todays frenetic fast moving world.
Nick was also very polite and courteous in our dealings with him when finally placing the order with him for our Vi Spring 'Devonshire' mattress.

We knew based upon previous experience that we wanted a Vi Spring bed and we were helped to choose the right one for us.They are not cheap but are superb quality.
Delivery was delayed at our request.
The delivery team were expert at getting it all upstairs smoothly and carefully and assembly.

This is a family owned store that really takes pride in finding you the quality product you need for your budget. My partner and I enjoyed a personable and attentive 121 service from Nick where he took the time to go around the store to demonstrate the different mattresses he had. What I thought I wanted from a mattress was completely the opposite from what we bought; as Nick has the specialist knowledge to know exactly what it is that would be good for you. We've purchased a hybrid mattress which my partner and I love; it's like sleeping on a cloud! I will definitely be returning to Nick for future bed needs and I would recommend this store to anyone.

From visiting the shop to the delivery and set up of the beds. Excellent service. Did not fill pressured at any time was given plenty of time to decide on what I wanted. We were shown examples of what we wanted- electric beds and mattresses. Advice was given. A very professional company. Thank you to the delivery drivers who took care in setting up the beds and explained how they could be used and care taken when in our property. Would recommend them always.
