Bensons for Beds Ayr

Store well laid out. Liked the technology for helping you choose the right mattress. The sales lady Jocelyn was lovely. Very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. I told her she would get 11/10 on the review! Recommend Bensons for anyone looking for a new bed.

Bed got delivered. Headboard badly marked. Send in email. Couldn't get anybody at the service centre as closed now properly till Tuesday as bank holiday. Shop can't help. Now I have no bed to sleep in and on a two seater sofa till its resolved. Not a happy customer at all. I would not recommend Bensons sorely for the terrible after care.

In Bensons Clive was the staff member who we dealt with. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products on sale. He patiently answered all our questions and guided across the full range of mattresses that fulfilled our requirements.

The sales assistant explained in detail regarding beds and mattresses to help me make a decision. She was very polite and pleasant and very easy to talk to. She didn't put me under any pressure to purchase any items.

Excellent service from the moment I walked into the Ayr store. Courteous service from sales agent who provided advice, completed the purchase details with the minimum of fuss, and made me feel like my custom was appreciated. From there on, everything happened exactly as he said it would. All aspects of communication from Bensons was excellent right through to delivery, which was bang on time. The Hip Hop single beds are excellent quality and value for money, plus they are very easy to put together. All in all we are delighted and would be very happy to use Bensons Ayr again.
