Disgusting service. Took a parcel for collect plus and shopkeeper refused to take it as it did not have a label on, despite me having the barcode and paying to have a label printed in store.
Continued to treat me like an idiot. I will take the print out email that I have to him to show him that actually it is his responsibility to print this out not me and it is a service I have paid for.
If he doesn't know how this works then he should not be offering the service. Complained to me that he only gets paid 35p for the service. Well actually that is his choice not mine.
I will never ever shop in this place or use a service there ever again.
When they handed out manners he was obviously missed.
Diabolical.

Liars. Wouldn’t take a collect + parcel as it was a box which I assume they just didn’t want to take. Said “machine broken” didn’t even try to scan it. Called collect + & they said it was showing as online.

Probably not the water cooler peddlers who make persistent nuisance calls. My review was made thinking it was, apologies.

Disgusting service.... for the second time refusal to hand over my parcel, despite me producing my driver's license, a Royal Mail email saying it was ready to collect and having a 3 way conversation between myself, the shop keeper and Royal Mail customer sevcies who confirmed I had followed the procedure correctly.
I would strongly advise people against using this shop for collections.
