The delivery date was moved from a date we could do to one where I had to book holiday off to receive . Then on the day, the delivery arrived at 6:45pm when the window was between 1:30-3:30pm. I took time off for no reason and my evening plans were affected also. The delivery people were great, but I didn’t appreciate the delays. Looking to be compensated for my time.

Bed delivery took place as planned. We were NOT informed that the bedstead would come in 4 boxes and would need to be assembled. My wife and I are elderly and in no position to assemble the bed, therefore unable to use the bed until a fitter can be arranged. Store manager has arranged for a chargeable fitter to complete the assembly

Truthful updates on delivery. Took a day off of work to take delivery. Got an email at 11.53 on the day to say there was an issue. Wasted a precious holiday day.

Great customer service from Terry and staff yesterday. Really knowledgeable and helped us understand everything that led to our decision.

Great delivery men, also friendly, delivered the mattress to my bedroom, took away the packaging.

Great team that brought the bed and mattress but the one side of the base unit has suffered significant damage not noticeable at first.

Bensons Beds in Cwmbran we’re excellent and helpful and just great. At that point I would have given them 5 stars. The trouble began when they couldn’t deliver the mattress when indicated and so I had to wait. Then the day came for the mattress to be delivered and the window promised disappeared with no phonecall or apology. The day went on and finally I get a call from the driver and his mate to say they can’t get down my road because of a low bridge! I don’t have any bridge on my road. I determined where they were and explained an Alternative route which would only take 10 minutes. Why they had decided to drive down a small country road when there was a perfectly good open road for large vehicles very close. They told me that unfortunately as that would take them an hour out of their way (10 minutes!) that they wouldn’t be able to deliver my mattress. I gently explained that they would be delivering my mattress as otherwise I would be taking them to Court. I then get a phonecall from Head Office explaining the same rubbish information so I not so gently explained that these two were only ten minutes away and would be delivering today as expected. Ten minutes later these buffoons delivered the mattress but the driver would not get out so the one guy had to driver and pick up by himself. So, the mattress is nothing short of wonderful, the shop staff are fab but something in between went very wrong and it was very stressful and unnecessary. So take your pick. I would not necessarily recommend

The customer service by Terrance (Terry) was exceptional. He kindly greeted us as we walked in and continued to check on us to see if we had any questions. Not pushy and clearly explained every answer in detail which made it easier for us to decide which bed to purchase
