David at Wrexham branch was very helpful. He let us look at all the beds on our own and was there if we needed advice. It was delivered within the time frame they gave us. The delivery men took the bed upstairs and were in and out in minutes. The only complaint is that the mattress we bought is too comfy and we don't want to get up!

Sales representatives in Wrexham store are all about pushing a sale. Extremely nice when trying to get you to buy, but when you want to return things they don’t want to know.

Their policy for not returning unused pillows is crazy. Not only that, the pillow is not what is advertised. It was meant to be a medium but is most definitely firm. As a result, it is unusable for myself and therefore not fit for purpose. Therefore, it does not comply with the consumer rights act 2015.

After returning to the store I was met by sales assistance sat gorging on sweets dressed in untidy attire. They refused to help. They gave me their customer service information. After ringing the customer services line I was equally unimpressed. The manager refused to talk to me on the phone. I was initially refused a copy of their complaints procedure. I was directed to the furnishings Ombudsman Service.

I have since called back and requested a deadlock letter and a copy of their customer services policy which they are now posting to me.

This is terrible customer service, showing a complete disregard to consumer rights, and solely focusing on sales. I look forward to taking this further with the ombudsman, and small claims court of required.

The sales person was very knowledgeable on all the products that we tried, encouraged us to try several beds and work out which was the best, then look at the firmness and the size. After that we were left to decide without any pressure.

Ordered a new mattress. Impressive display. Staff were very helpful and not pushy in the slightest. Would recommend them and also purchase there in the future

Very friendly helpful staff. Found exactly what we were looking for. We also made a considerable saving as their sales were still on. Lots of parking. 2nd time we've used Bensons for Beds. We would highly recommend them.

Tony one of the two sales team assisted me with my search for a super king sealy bed.
Not pushy at all pointed me to the difference in mattresses.
Then left me to lay on each one for as long as I wanted.
Great sense of humour but you expect that from a scouser.
That said very professional when required.
Needless to say brought the bed.

Found what we were looking for, the sales person was very helpful and explained everything and pointed us in the right direction, was not pestering you into having something wrong for us as some other outlets.

The gentlemen were very nice and helpful but knocked the top of my stair newel off and marked the paint work.
