Bensons for Beds Cardiff Gate

We have a grate experience with our new bed and mattress! After two months since we bought it, we can say that it worth the effort! Very pricey but priceless! One of the most well invested money as we came desperately to find the best mattress! We end up buying the whole ultimate bed! Tv included! A year ago we bought a mattress which was presented the highest quality and it is but not matching our needs. We were tested individually, me and my husband. Results that the pressure points are slightly different for each of us. We learned that the computer from the testing mattress gives the diagnostic and shows which kind of mattress is good for both. We were spoiled by the professional service and the endless variety with friendly presentation. It was a long process but worth the effort! Take the time and see pictures!

I had excellent service and support from staff at the Cardiff store. Alex was helpful when I was selecting and purchasing my new bed. Liz and Cerys could not do enough to help when there was a problem with the struts on the headboard. The issue was resolved well and promptly. I’m a happy, satisfied customer!

Very friendly and helpful staff both in the shop and in the delivery team. Everything went very smoothly, the old bed and mattress were removed efficiently.

The experience in the store was very good and the staff were helpful and took time with me, but this was let down by the delivery experience, the bed was delivered by the manufacture "Furmanac" with a so called "white glove service", I won't go into detail but poor communications, delivery promises not meet and a yobbish incompetent delivery team.
So I won't be using Bensons for Beds again.
