Purchased a mattress with a 10 year guarantee for £1200. 5 years on and the springs in the mattress have collapsed. Tried to claim on the guarantee, only to be told that the mattress only came with a 5 year guarantee, so I was misinformed at point of sale. It was a blatant lie to get the sale. Worst customer service I have known. All they said is the salesman no longer works there, so not their responsibility. Don't trust their sales pitch, I would give this a minus review if I could. Simply duped

Wouldn't waste my time ordering with this company ever again. waited over 3 weeks for delivery, took a day off work to sit in all day for nothing, after phoning at 6pm to see where my delivery was, was told it's not coming and they didn't know when the next scheduled delivery will be. At this time customer service was shut because it was 6pm friday evening and couldn't get hold of anyone untill monday😡. Manager phoned back Monday was told will had to wait another month for delivery but the manager managed to get it down to 2weeks wait. What a joke!! they didn't even care that we had got rid of our old mattresses on the friday and had nothing to sleep on all weekend with our 2 young children. so had great pleasure cancelling my order with besons and ordered with dreams!! everything went smooth with them 👌 I'd give Benson's less than 1star if I had the option!

Unpleasant sales people that jump on you within a few seconds of looking at any of the products. Very irritating and suffocating feeling when this happens and not on.
