Myself and my girlfriend were't sure how good these guys are, but we found it to be very professional with very helpful staff! We had the one of the best days out we have had in a long while riding to the beach! PS - Pig on the Beach is well worth a visit for a naughty treat...

Great service, and very handy having a pump and puncture repair kit for us to take along. But only 4 stars as the bikes are getting a bit worn. Gears not terribly precise and one bike wouldn't shift into 1st.

What fantastic service! I emailed with our rental requirements for 3 bikes over the October half-term. They were very quick to respond and gave me advice on frame size etc (I am a novice to mountain bikes). Joshua and his colleagues sorted out delivery and collection from our rental in Swanage. I was very impressed the bikes came with 3 helmets, a rucksack with repair kit, pump and even maps of the area. They had thought of everything. The bikes were great quality Giant bikes and the rental good value for money. Highly recommend and will definitely use again when we are back in Dorset.

Whilst out cycling I had an issue with my bike. Joshua fixed up my bike and got me back on the road in no time. Really great service from him would highly recommend.

We had a great day on the electric bikes, we could travel much further to visit more of the area around Corfe. We would totally recommend!

I didn’t even rent a bike here but the chap was an absolute legend who helped out a fellow cyclist in need when my chain snapped with 40km to go. He helped us with tools and a spare part, even spent some time trying to tune the gears up again. He got me back on the road and all he asked was the cost of the chain link. It may be a long time before I’m back in that part of the country but I want him to know that he is a hero!

Rented 3 electric bikes for the day. What a fun day we had exploring. Professional advice on bike size and instructions on how to make best use of the E bikes. Will definitely return. Loved it!
