Big On Bikes

I am a keen road cyclist and have been using Big On Bikes for servicing and repairs for the last 4 years. The service, turn time and communication are excellent and I have never had any issues. Another quality service they provide is a crash report for insurance purposes. If you are unlucky enough fall off your bike they assess the damage and provide a report that satisfies insurance claim requirements. I highly recommend Big on Bikes

Brilliant service. Full written report given on bike after service and easy to chat to if problem. You do need to check repair times as can be aweek or so at busy times. Overall really good

Fantastic service. Dropped my bike off with a bizarre problem with my front wheel/brake. I also asked for a quick once-over of the bike in general. The wheel/brake problem was fixed with a custom-made shim and a thorough once-over completed in super-fast time. Full marks, guys. Top job

Had road crankset, chain and brakes replaced. Quick turn around and bike works really smoothly now. Also had specialist wheel build for wide carbon rims with boost hubs and tubeless tyres. All works great. Very knowledgeable guys.

Dave and the team did a fantastic job giving my bike a complete overhaul. Diagnosed accurately what needed doing and all work completed in a couple of days. Riding better than when it was new now

Superb experience - I wanted to change the whole group set and Dave managed to recycle some of the components to keep the cost down
