Decent job on the bike, fast service a few quid dearer than Halfords but the service makes up for the extra spent on repair. Also accepts card payments

Had very bad experience. I tried calling them and asking to fix my derailleur. They told me they can and they did.

To be honest I did ride around 100km after the fix and in this weird turn of events, my new derailleur snapped all the way back.

I went to another shop (closest one) and they told me that the derailleur was old either ways. I did told them it was brand new, I keep my bike clean and the guy showed me the signs why this was an old item that was FIXED before they have put it on. He showed me where the actual fix snapped. I never did hit anything before that, always kept the bike exceptionally clean.

Basically they sold me old parts for new and what happened is that I remember they DEMANDED cash payment, no matter that they had card payments, even when i went the first time I witnessed a guy buying something with card.
I just didnt think that they want to scam me.
Shockingly enough I didnt want to believe because I did left 30£ tip with the thought that the polish guy did his job properly.

I am stupid that I trust in the goodness of people and that they will do their job honestly and responsibly.

It is my own mistake that I decided to trust them, and that is why I am writing now here for people to be aware of them.

Great service, the mechanic helped explain the problem with a rear wheel and the whole team were really friendly.

Rear wheel service was carried out quick and efficiently, my bike was ready to take away same day.

Would highly recommend!

This is very good shop and not expensive! went to fix my son balance bike I through it will cost at least 15£ he fix it quick with only 5£! Me and my husband were happy thanks.

Terrible experience, very untrust worthy. traded in a bicycle and paid money for another, had to return as it was not suitable and basically feel like I've been robbed, no old bike, no new bike and have been charged £60!! Stay clear

I LOVE this shop! Lucian is an incredible mechanic, works so hard and gets things working super top notch in a very quick time frame. I’ve had my bike serviced twice there and it comes out feeling completely new, everything is tight, rattling fixed, parts replaced perfectly. 100% recommend; great value, top notch service and friendly staff. What more do you want?! Go and support your local independent cycle shop!

I wish I’ve read the reviews first. The guy serving me wasn’t listening, was arrogant, rude, patronising. He sold me a part which wasn’t correct (this got confirmed in another shop) but as I’ve been given no receipt he refused to give a refund. I showed him pictures of the part fitted, but he wouldn’t look at it just said he will fit it himself and it doesn’t work because I’m incompetent. My gut feeling was simply not to let him touch the bike at all.

Avoid.

Good place to buy a second hand bicycle or repair. Sometimes difficult to communicate
