Bought my cannondale from here initially with the cycle to work voucher and the service was brilliant, couldn't fault it. Unfortunately had a bit of an accident and needed various bits repairing - they swiftly did what they could with the parts that were in stock (god bless current supply shortages....) and duly booked me in as soon as they got the part in. They also went over and above and gave me some goodwill bits such as gear tuning for the second visit. Would highly recommend them to anyone for both bike purchase and repair/servicing.

I was stuck on my way somewhere having had my derailleur get jammed into my back wheel. Despite not being open, kind technician bent it back into place enough to get me on my way and home again! Next step: book it in to be fixed properly!

Great experience, lovely staff. Dropped our sons bike off at 1pm, with bust up brakes. By 3pm the brakes were fixed and we weren't charged a penny. One very happy 6yr old! 100% recommend this place...

popped in here on a busy saturday with a trainer tyre that simply wouldn't go on the wheel. Helpful staff and 15 mins later (it was a stubborn tyre!) they got in on, and amazingly kindly didn't charge for their efforts. Amazing service, great knowledgable team.

Brought my bike in for a new hydraulic brake system and bottom bracket replacement. Job done swiftly ready for collection the next morning. Staff did an excellent job and went above and beyond, bringing tools in from home to dislodge a very stubborn bottom bracket and replacing my pedals and handle grips free charge as they were also in bad condition! They gave me a really fair price and really went the extra yard to help me. The improvement on my bike after picking up was night and day from the bike I brought in. A valuable and extremely trust worthy service which I highly recommend. Many thanks!

Adam and his colleagues at Cycles UK in Canterbury have been so friendly, knowledge and accommodating, helping me to select an absolute stunner of a new mountain bike (a Trek Procaliber 9.7). I really appreciate Adam's expertise and genuine desire to make sure I chose the right bike for me, all without any sales pressure. I suggested upgrading some components (dropper post and AXS wireless derailleur) and Adam advised me which to choose, then sourced them and fitted them to the bike. I thoroughly recommend Cycles UK in Canterbury. If you pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed either.

I went in yesterday on the off-chance as I had issues with my gears. Not only was I too early as the shop was not due to open until 9am; they were also having a training day for a new system BUT with all of this aside, they very kindly took the bike in for me and put a new cable on. This allowed me to continue my journey which I am very grateful for and highlights an exceptional service with the chap going out of his way to help me. Thank you very much; appreciated.

Excellent service and advice. Tim helped me choose exactly the right bike and accessories.Highly recommend this shop. Thanks Tim.😁
Update 7/1/23.
Rang the shop on Thursday to arrange my first service having bedded my bike in for a fortnight. Adam suggested Saturday so I dropped it off around 10am and nipped off for breakfast.
Upon my return, my bike was waiting with service record updated.
We quickly got my forks feeling a little softer by reducing air pressure and I was good to go.
These guys ( and gal !) are friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable giving great customer service.
Charge for today? Zero ; the first service is free.
Thank you again to all the staff at Cycles UK - I now have a glass smooth bike with the reassurance of knowing it's been professionally serviced.
I will certainly use these people for all my bike related business in future.
