Very good service brought my expensive bike for a bottom bracket bearing change and took little while longer than I expected but kept me informed of its progress. Even though the actual bearings where expencesive kept the labour charge quiet low.

The lads at Jabber Ebike service has the vision that make as much people to ride as possible. Hence they have that supporting and careful attitude,they want that their customers get the bikes fixed as soon as possible and it is not a click bait,trust me.
The prices are reasonable, the vibes are good, the service is punctual and high quality.

had to true wheel and attach brake in my new bike I bought online and before I left bike for repair asked few times if I can get receipt for the repair to claim refund. It was promised to me but I never got it. Also, after only one ride brake started to cause friction to front wheel and had to disconnect it again. Not only I cannot get refund from seller for this repair, I now have to go somewhere else again to fix it. Not happy...

Great customer service. I came for a punctured tyre and it was fixed so quickly. I suggest ring them before you visit as there very busy. I would definitely recommend this shop!

do not give a calm product
I gave it to him for putting it together because I gave my brand new bike and the material with it I can't get my bike for 8 months stole my bike and gear I keep calling and getting no answer I'm in the court process right now I'm waiting If you give the product you can't get it back, definitely be careful with the thief himself

Pls dont give him bike for repair or dont use any services.he is absolutely a theive in other way.once you hand over the bike then he will not give you back.His adress is sealed.No excess at all.he came to collect bike in very profesional way but he is a theive.Dont trust at all.Thankyou

The worst experience ever. No quote given after asking few times, then this guy charged me £89 for dusting and oiling, not even serviced. My bike was given and it's been left in the garden for a while. I used to ride in a park not on road and not any knowledge on bike's part and obviously I don't need any fancy stuff. My bike is worth probably under £150, then he said that to change the chain would cost £200. I believed naively until my bike didn't run properly and I took somewhere else. I would never go back there and I would NOT recommend anyone there.

It was definitely you and and your house looking place. Not proper shop looking which would have been fine if it's repaired properly.
