Whilst I can't fault the actual servicing they had done to my bike, I was really disappointed in the customer service and the extra works they just added on without discussing it with me first before going ahead - which subsequently meant the final bill was a lot more than expected. It would've been common curtesy to call me first to discuss options and also they sent a confirmation email to say it was ready to pick and that the invoice was attached, which it wasn't, only to turn up and the bill was a lot higher than expected.

Absolutely terrible shop. Fitted the wrong size tire and the wrong material tire on my scooter. Went in with a 9 inch air filled tire and came back with a 10 inch solid tire. They also snapped the cable housing under the rear mud guard to get the wrong tire to fit. Defo avoid this place. Sky high prices for bodge jobs.

Been to Deen's good few times and have had nothing but positive experiences here getting bike sorted. Knowledgeable staff will get you moving. Just had frame welded and gears remedied very pleased. Highly Recommended!

I've been relying on Deen's Garage for a few years now to service my old Cannondale road bike and do repairs when necessary - last week Chris kindly replaced a gear cable on the spot - and I've always been very happy with the work carried out here. (I couldn't do any of this myself - I cycle every day but I'm no engineer).The shop is like an Aladdin's Cave, a range of products to suit anyone from a child starting out to a serious club cyclist. The staff are polite and hard working, and the owner Chris is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Traded my old bike in last December (2021) and purchased a new one from Deen's which I've been really pleased with this year.
Went out for a ride last weekend and had a slight issue with the gear change so phoned Deen's and asked whether I could get it looked at.
No problem, they told me to bring it in for it's 1st service which would be free of charge. Took it in and they said they could get it serviced and back to me the same day.
Happy customer.

Great knowledge, service, parts etc - Road bike being kept tip top by Chris and the team as well as kids bikes and also helping with our beloved BMXes! Surprisingly wide choice of new and used bikes on offer too. Top drawer operation!
