Wisper Electric Bikes

I bought a bike – Wisper 705SE - a year ago from an elder couple who used it very little (700 miles) and took great care of it. After two hundred miles a fault occurred. I took the bike to a Wisper dealer in York at the end of May 2018. It took three months (the bike had been since with another Wisper dealer, and Wisper company) to come up with the answer that the motor is faulty...!
Cost of repair: 370 pounds, plus 60 pounds shipment.
I asked Wisper to send the bike back to me (for 30 pounds shipment), so I can sell it for parts or repair.
They sent it back, but....whooops...they forgot to include the charger that was sent with the bike.
I never had such poor service, nor did I hear so many excuses. Simply horrible.

The best folding electric bikes on the market!

My wife and I have just bought two new Wisper 806 Torque folding bikes and they are amazing! They fold down in seconds, are well equipped and are fantastic for the price. They have Mudguards, Lights, LCD display, Accelerator, Disc Brakes and 50 mile range in the standard batteries so didn’t need to upgrade those.

The bars are fully adjustable, quick release wheel and saddle, anti puncture tyres and even an integrated bell! The finish and paint looks amazing in the flesh too, we chose blue and red colours and they look beautiful.

Superb service from Wisper although there was a bit of a wait because they are so busy and in demand, well worth waiting for though.We’ve done around two hundred miles so far and they haven’t missed a beat and murdered the hills! Couldn’t be happier!

Got whisper 705 couple years ago, very unreliable made of poor quality components bike. I was enticed by good reviews and reasonable price. I have posted two reviews on trustpilot to find them being deleted on request of Wisper bikes few days after. I ve made my opinion about both Wisper and Trustpilot and the marketing gimmicks.

I purchased a secondhand Wisper 806 after checking reviews online for the reliability of an e bike and good customer service from the manufacturer.
The Torque version with a 375 battery and throttle control has exceeded my expectations returning a 30miles range using power settings 2 and 3 thirty percent of the time, not bad for 4year old battery.
Customer service, dealing with a few queries, have been extremely helpful and patient restoring my faith in the much abused title.

My Wife Ordered an 806 E-Bike at end of July, had to cancel because 2 months later she is now being told it will be mid-Oct... I'm sure they are amazing bikes but the utter lack of communication from Wisper is awful. They say it's a 4-week wait on the site. I think they are just used to dealing with Trade customers and not single sales to the public. fine if you can wait 10-12 weeks + for the full-throttle version (needing DLVA to sign off) to be delivered and you have to do all the chasing for scraps of information. This seems to be a common theme within everyone's reviews or pain points for Wisper.

I have wisper wayfarer h9 is very good bike and suddenly its have some electric problem and bike doesn't work and i try to contact to many wisper dealers and even try to wisper manufacturing warehouse no one fixed my bike because i buy online on Facebook market 😡😠

Having recently had a problem with a battery on my wisper bike I found the customer service was right up there with the best I've experienced. Bike is great too. So glad that I decided to go with wisper, thank you.
