The owner was caring and thoughtful in considering and illustrating various options to resolve my bike's problem. I did not feel pressured in any way to choose the more pricey one, instead I appreciated how considerate and knowledgeable. To top things off, he even gifted me a set of bike rack straps!! Thank you!!

Best repair bike shop I have used. I have used other repair shops in Cambridge and I ended up coming back to Cam Cycles Bike Shop to get my bikes well fixed. Owner is very nice and it explains you what's the issue with your bike and how he will fix it. Fair prices too.

The owner was very nice and professional. I had a flat tire and the owner changed my tires in just 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely coming back here to get my bike fixed (but fingers crossed my bike won't be broken again)

Went there for the bike puncture. The man refused to change the inner tube because he would not make money for the time spent. I then push the bike to Decathlon. They did the job without ask any questions. Will definitely avoid this place.

An A1 repair shop. My Ridgeback was restored back to its full potential overnight and is now a real pleasure to ride again. Couldn't really ask for more!

Wonderful service and super friendly! Extremely knowledgeable and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with my tires in a matter of minutes. Explained what he was doing at each step and gave me options on how I'd like to get things fixed. Also checked out my brakes and oiled my bike chain for free without asking. Great value on the repair and in-and-out in less than an hour (didn't even need to make an appointment)!

All around fantastic experience & would highly recommend to anyone with bike problems - I'm certainly going back to Cam Cycles in the future if I run into any! :D
