We bought a Trek and two Frog kids bikes a few years ago as starters for our boys and received excellent service. Just been back to get the eldest a new bike and trade in one of the Frog's.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They let us try out different bikes, gave their honest opinions and helped us make a good choice for a bike that will last a good few years, without spending a fortune. The staff also found a spare reflector to replace a cracked one and showed real interest and encouragement towards my son.

The knowledge and patience of the staff has been excellent in every interaction I've had with the shop.

We'll definitely be back.

Had an issue with a stuck locking nut on axle, which Jack happily took care of. Had the pleasure of chatting over some details with him about my plans with the bike and he gave invaluable information and insight. Top bloke and would recommend to anyone who is looking to get their bike repaired or need tools/parts for their bike.

Thanks so much to Marc and all at Cycleworks for arranging for a new motor for my wife's bike under warranty. It wasn't an easy task due to the parts coming from Germany and during COVID but Marc kept us up to date at all times. And we really appreciate you doing everything possible to ensure we got the bike back in time for our holiday. I visited today with my wife and kids to look at bikes for my 5 year old. The sales assistant was rude and seemed unable to muster enough enthusiasm to finish some of his sentences.

We were ready to buy a bike today and visited a specialist in the hope we might get some advise but any information we did get came from an older member of staff who was serving someone else nearby and would chip in to answer our questions about stock for his colleague.

8 hours later, I still can't believe how uncomfortable he made us all feel, we all have bad days but he really gave off a vibe we were a nuisance.
