Lost my old independent bike shop and just discovered Mike and Phoenix Cycles. The personal attention, ability to accommodate my drop off two days before my appointment, and then turning around the job early because a “slot came up” is the exact definition of customer service. Mike has a vast wealth of experience and always does the highest quality of work. He has fully serviced my bike 3 times and the bike runs like new after each servicing.

Phoenix cycles always has all of the Brompton parts stocked unlike a lot of other bike stores. This is one of many reasons why I bring my bike all the way down from Finsbury park to Battersea.

Recently, I tried to book my bike for a servicing at shops closer to me and all made me wait more than a week to bring the bike in. The one I chose cancelled the day before the servicing. I called Mike and he took the bike in the next day and got it serviced in about an hour. Excellent service!

I had a small bike that needed air in the tyres and was unable to do it myself. Very helpful gentleman managed to fix and resolve the issue. Very nice shop with some impressive bikes! Highly recommended.

Brought my 1-year+ Brompton for a full service a few days ago after making an appointment by email. Response and turn-around were very fast. Best bicycle service I ever had (lifelong bicycle user), my bicycle rides better than ever before. You see and feel immediately that you're dealing with a professional that knows the Brompton inside-out. Worn parts are replaced but no attempt at doing more than needed. Very professional and friendly. 100% satisfied.

Mike the owner is a super man. Took my Brompton on the off chance, for quite a few repairs to the shop. Within two hours the repairs was completed! Extremely happy and definitely not over charged. Fantastic Service. Thank you Mike and staff.
