I found all the Staff to be Very friendly & Helpful. Offering not only a very good service, but useful & constructive advice. Cycle King offers an array of Various Bikes to suit all ages. Even a Tandem caught my eye, along with an electric bike. Every accessory you could possibly need. Their maintenance is Swift with, at the moment a short if any waiting time.
There is Distancing & Safety/Hygiene measures in Place.
I can highly recommend this store to all.

I went to Cycle King Croydon along with my family to purchase a bicycle for my 11 year old son. It was very important that my son would get the most suitable one which he was going to be comfortable with. We were greeted by a very friendly young man by the name of Thomas. Thomas was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information on type function and size for the most suitable bike for my son. My son is not able to ride a bike as yet and Thomas was very patient and kind to him. He even held onto the bike to let my son try it out.
My son loved the bike and Thomas helped us to choose a suitable helmet as well. We were extremely happy with the personalised service and my daughter decided to buy a bike as well. We purchased 2 bikes and a helmet. Their prices are very competitive and excellent value for money. Cycle King is a long standing small business and I will not hesitate to recommend them.

This is a fab shop. The staff are very approachable and knowledgeable. I've bought bikes for my children here and had my own serviced and been impressed every time. Highly recommended.

One of the best places to take your general bicycle enquires, purchases and repairs. I can't recommend this shop enough and these guys have gone above and beyond was expected from the usual service.

As always fantastic service had my bike fixed today, James is the best. But so sad to see the shop I know the guys have worked really hard on it but today there’s water everywhere, most of the ceiling down. They’re doing their best but it’s crazy not sure it should be trading don’t know if it is safe to be in there, hopefully they get it sorted soon.

Excellent service and it was hilarious watching the guy protecting the bikes around my little niece as she tried out the bike she liked (wobbling around the shop), he handled the situation beautifully. I'm sure he managed to keep his boss happy and the customer too ( who was 6 ). It would be useful to section a bit of the shop off to create a runway people can use that is safely away from the other bikes on show 🤣. Thanks very much for your help and we absolutely rode that bike away the same day, after the safety checks that were carried out in store.

First time I went to Cycle King, my friend and I experienced such a terrible customer service I had to leave the shop.
After a while I decided to give it another go, only to experience the exact same poor customer service.
As a cyclist I'm all about supporting local Bike shops, but unfortunately not when the people in the shop don't have the manners to say basic stuff such as 'Hello', 'goodbye' and 'thank you'

Took my daughter's scooter in to get some new flashing wheels fitted as the screws and threading were in a terrible condition and I was unable to do so myself.

Thomas and his colleague went above and beyond to help me and fitted the new wheels to my daughter's delight!

It's great to have a local business like this close to where I live, a service that take pride is excellent customer service. Looking around the shop they have an excellent range of bikes and products.

I'll come back to book my bike in for a service very soon too! 5 Stars!
