Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a top class and prompt service + reasonable prices, you can't ask for much more than that. Do not hesitate to drop in in you have mechanical woes or are looking for a new bike.

Lots of competition in the area for bike shops, but I wouldn't hesitate in advising anyone else to try them first. Reasonably priced as well for the job they do.

I highly recommend this bike shop. The two guys who run it are very helpful and will go out of their way to get you back on your bike. Sometimes I have limped into the shop needing an emergency repair to get me home and they have patched up the bike at no cost. They have even lent me one of their own tools to allow me to fix something at home, when they did not have the size in stock to sell.
I use them for all my major repairs and servicing. Many times they have effected little improvements and repairs, e.g. securing a loose mudguard connection, again at no charge.
I purchased an Orbea road bike from them and have been very satisfied with it.

Very friendly and helpful! Jonathan made good arrangement for our bike hires in the weekend even though the shop is closed on Sunday. We were also provided with helmets, lock and a map. Jonathan had been extremely helpful at giving tips and showing us the cycling trails. We have had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this bike shop!

Just picked up my fat bike that needed wheel alignment, gears setting up, brakes and steering sorting - excellent job very happy with the workmanship, price and customer service. I most definitely recommend Jonathan and Luke for bike repairs.

Great shop with good range of bikes, good service and good value for money. Lots of little things they do on new bikes do cost them money, and saved us money (like fitting decent tyres without extra charge!).

Luke and Jonathan were brilliant when I returned my bike after the first ride. They quickly got in touch with the different manufacturers, and organised replacement parts to be shipped out and installed without any agro. They kept me in the loop throughout. Thanks guys.

Fixed my aging road bike to a fantastic mechanical condition - did what others could not over the years (a proper diagnostic to find the root cause of issues, rather than just replacing parts at will) in a matter of days.

They were exactly what I hoped a local bike shop would be - fab knowledge, great mechanical ability, superb customer service.
