Excellent service. Bruce was knowledgeable and fair in the assessment of what work was needed on my bike. He gave an accurate quote and carried out the repairs quickly and as promised. Bike has been running really well in the couple of weeks since. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered a large quantity of GT85 spray. It transpired that the courier would not deliver such a large quantity of aerosols. To our delight and surprise the Owner of Gravity Cycles, Bruce said he would deliver them himself the day after the order was placed. Little did we know that involved a 3 hour and 140 mile round trip!!
True dedication to his business and the best customer service we have EVER received! Thanks Bruce!

I rang Gravity because my wheels were making weird noises and I wanted to book it in for a service.

Bruce was super helpful despite being booked up until August. I popped down to his set-up and he went through everything with me.

Me being an absolute man child wanted to buy every accessory possible for my bike, but Bruce went through what he believed I needed to home remedy the situation, as well as a bunch of great resources for finding out more information on my growing interest.

Really helpful, no pushy sales at all, knew what he was talking about - and my bikes running super smooth now.

It was a real pleasure to purchase my new bike from Bruce at Gravity Cycles yesterday. The service I received was second to none with Bruce taking the time to talk to me out of business hours to answer any questions I had. The quality of the build is outstanding with each bolt torqued correctly and Grease/Lube applied as required. Other than a seatpost and saddle adjustment when I got the bike back - I haven't had to change, tighten up or grease a thing! You can tell the bike has been built by someone who knows what they are doing and most importantly cares about the end result! A thorough handover took place before I left the shop with any further questions I had answered. Please consider Bruce for you next service/bike purchase or as a contender for your Local Bike Shop - Service like this is not found often!

Bruce at Gravity Cycles very kindly helped me out with two bikes at the last minute, after receiving shockingly appalling service at East Cycles in Walton I found Bruce close by on Google. After taking up 20 mins of his time, he checked over both bikes (one was a 2nd hand write off) the other he fixed on the spot. Wouldn't even take any money off me, knows his stuff, clearly enjoys what he does. Very helpful, honest, would highly recommend to all and will use again when I need my bikes serviced.

Went over with a replacement new wheel, rotor and cassette. Bruce built at the time we agreed and was very thorough when it came to indexing front and rear gear mechs. 10/10. Excellent service and fair prices.
