Massive selection of bikes and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be shopping here for everything bike related.

First and foremost the team at LL are brilliant, I had a couple of issues with I bike I bought from there the issues were nothing to do with anything LL had done it was treks fault.
They have been brilliant through the whole period of getting my bike sorted out, great customer care they showed paitents and understanding about the whole situation and I was never once left in the dark I couldn't be more grateful for the service provided.

I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this bike shop over their competitors.

The staff at Leisure Lakes Nottingham are brilliant and go the extra mile for their customers.

I was building up a bike over the weekend and realised I needed new brake mount adaptors, so I gave LL a ring. We weren’t easily able to figure out exactly what I needed over the phone (my fault) so I popped the half built bike in the car and headed over. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon the workshop staff (Michael and Stu) took the time to have a rummage around and find exactly what I needed and we’re an absolute delight to deal with. Thanks to them I was out on the trails the next day. I’m really happy to have found such a gem of a local bike shop.

My last experience was pretty poor from this store, I expected better. I asked for a couple of wheels to be built. I sent them complete wheels with the new hubs I wanted to be laced onto. They initially said their workshop was full and I'd have to wait two weeks until they could be booked in, so I decided to book them in for two weeks time (23rd May) I dropped the parts off the day before and they said they'd get back to me. They estimated around a few days which wasn't a problem. A few weeks went by so I decided to chase it. They said they didn't have the correct spokes in store and they should be ready a couple days later. Another week went by and still heard nothing. I chased again and they said they should have the spokes the following week. 5 weeks after they were booked in they text me to say they were ready to collect. I went to store to collect and paid the bill. No apologies for the delay. When I got home I studied the bill as I thought it was a little expensive. It turned out I had been charged for 128 spokes.. double than what was used. I called and they refunded me the excess charged. All was fine until I then found out that they'd put the rotational tyres on the wrong way round. Just a cherry on top of what was a pain of a process. Wouldn't recommend using.

Hi guys
The leisure lakes shop in Breaston Notts is a great shop with many friendly staff, the shop offers high end bikes and parts alike.

I purchased a santa cruz blur C from this store in 2018, and was advised and directed by the store manager Andy Ramsdale, what can I say, Andys approach was profesional with a personal touch this man is an asset to leisure lakes and from the point of meeting him has continually helped and advised me in and outside of the shop environment please go visit the store and feel good about the whole shop experience thanks Andy for helping me and continually assisting me Stuart Game

Made a long trip to the shop from Leicester as I was looking forward to buying some new clothing and looking to see what else they had on offer before xmas, I walked out £250 lighter and was pleased with the things I had bought, I was not pleased with the customer service though at all, No one said hello or offered me any assistance. There was four staff in the store and only two customers. Struggled to open the door with my hands full as didn’t even get a bag or box to put my items in. There is a great selection of all things to do with cycling in store but I will not be returning again. Spoken to a couple of guys on the trail at hemlock who had a similar experience. Focus on the customers guys. Maybe if I had been looking at a five grand rig I would of had a much better experience but that is besides the point of course.

I needed a Shimano bottom bracket at short notice for my wife's winter road bike, so rather than mess about tracing and getting one online between Xmas and new year with post delayed by strikes I rang LL with the part number. The phone was answered instantly, stock confirmed and put aside. Less than one hour later I walked into the shop and picked it up (at a competitive price). It's now on the bike and working fine. Thanks to Tom and LL.

PS I've just realized I've been using LL for a couple of decades for bikes, components and clothing and always been satisfied.

My trusty Blackburn pump presta valve adaptor packed up. I've had it for 18 years but took it to Leisure Lakes Breaston and the guys contacted Blackburn and ordered a replacement, which arrived in days! Pleasantly surprised and thrilled to have it working again. Big thanks to Cliff and the guys for sorting this with a smile.👍
