Trisports

I wished to purchase a new bicycle plus a few ancillary items for lightweight cross country and around town and I felt that I received informed friendly advice based on what I said I would like. The shop and those within made me feel healthy through the variety of equipment and the chatter. If only it were that simple: 'Get out there'.

Amazing store! I went in without any knowledge of running shoes and Carolyn was so helpful! After trying about 5 different pairs of shoes to see if we could find one that fitted we were unsuccessful but the effort Carolyn went through to try and find something that would work was amazing.
Eventually decided to order a pair in, when they arrived they let me know and I went to the store where we checked they were a good fit which they were!
I was so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone buying shoes online to actually visit this store and get the A1 service I received so you get the right shoe for your foot.

Had a brilliant experience buying running shoes here. I'm a new runner so was feeling a bit self conscious about the gait analysis but Carolyn immediately put me at ease, was really friendly and incredibly helpful. I've come away with some really supportive shoes and lots of tips. I'll definitely come here for anything else I need.

From start to finish Trisports provided a great service. After waiting close to a year for a bike that I had placed on order they were more than happy to book me back in for a rethink. I decided to cancel that order and place a new order for a different model. The advice given to make my choice and the willingness to do so was fantastic and relit the fire after waiting so long. Of course none of which was Trisports fault.

All the sales and workshop staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Its awesome to have a bike shop like this that stocks some of the best bikes on the planet on my doorstep. I especially want to thank Brandon. His knowledge of the bike and the types of trails that I would be riding was invaluable. His depth of knowledge of components and systems was also impressive and much appreciated. But it was when he went the extra mile to find out about component compatibility or any questions I had that he was unsure of impressed me the most. I love the fact that most people that work in cycle retail are cyclists too. Brandon clearly cared about me and my new bike just as much as he did the sale and thats the biggest complement I could give him.

I look forward to dropping my Trek Top Fuel in for it's first complimentary service soon. I will also without doubt be using Trisports for future upgrades and services.

I've been using Tri-Sports for a number of years and have purchased 4 bikes from them. The staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable, they also offer a wide range of products from stock. Highly recommended and I wouldn't go elsewhere.

The staff have excellent knowledge of their products. They use a consultative/advisory approach to selling their products, giving the buyer confidence when purchasing from there.

Had absolutely great service from Carolyn helping me chose and size my bike as well as some helpful advice in navigating the Cycle to Work scheme. Thanks to Micheal for the bike fit, very comfy on it indeed.

Was absolutely reluctant to take my childhood bike anywhere, after really struggling through getting it back in shape, bit the bullet. The workshop guys really did take care of me and my bike and I was so happy that they understood the importance of reviving it from the dead. I would highly recommend them. It gives me great pride to have it back to (almost certainly better) former glory! Thanks guys keep doing what you do!
