I bought a folding pool table with table tennis top last year. It has been stored inside but both the pool table and and table tennis top have warped due to poor quality goods and manufacturing. For the price I paid, I would expect it to last far longer than 1 year!

Their customer service team is completely evasive and basically just blamed myself for the problem. They did not offer a solution.

I would not recommend the product or their company.

After reading the reviews I was very reluctant to order from this company. The 6 foot folding table they offered was exactly what I needed. I emailed a couple of enquiries and got quick replies, decided to order table. Ordered on Thursday, they despatched Friday ( Monday 2nd May was Bank Holiday ) delivered on Wednesday. They advised me 3-5 days and that's what it was. XDP Updated their app on the day of delivery and kept me well informed. Sent me a text to confirm my time and got it delivered on time they promised.

Friendly staff, quick response. I would just recommend dropping them email to get a realistic ETA.

Damaged snooker cue case, very hard to return, no person to speak to just an email wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for snooker cues to purchase from here awful service.

Very disappointed by false information they give. Order confirmation said 3-7 business days for delivery. Ordered on 29th November but yesterday got a message from carrier it will be delivered on 15th December. That is definitely more than 7 business days. Their website also says if ordered by 16th December it will come before Christmas? So if you guarantee a delivery within 5 business days of Christmas why is my order taking 12? What a joke. Let's see the quality of the snooker table ordered - whenever it arrives.
Also, they give you this tracking number which doesn't work and even say in the email that in "some" instances the item can take a few days to appear on the carrier’s systems. Well, it's been a few days and all I get from the carrier's website is that my order number can't be located so I'm pretty sure the tracking is fake.

Very unreliable and false promises of delivery. Wish I had read the other reviews first. Also note when a company doesn’t bother replying to their reviews.

Ordered a pool table for “guaranteed pre/ Christmas delivery” ,,,it’s Christmas Day morning …. I have no gift to give my children.
Contacted Riley’s on 22 Dec and was assured that the pool table would be with me on 24 Dec. I also kept checking in with the courier company who claimed they had not received the item and therefore couldn’t provide a delivery date. (Note: you will be given a courier referenc number 24 hours after ordering but it doesn’t mean a thing)
I contacted Riley’s again on 23 Dec only to get an out of office message stating they are now closed until 03 Jan.
This is appalling service. Thu have my money and I have no pool table - the website stated pre-Christmas delivery and the agent James also put it in writing that I would have my order by Christmas.
I am very upset and will not use again.or recommend.

Very poor service. Says 3-7 working days and now I’m being told the item will be despatched in 8 working days. Very unreliable and dishonest.
10/12/2022 - absolute disgrace. Told it would be despatched on Wednesday the 7th and still hasn’t been despatched after countless promises of it being despatched before hand. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as this is the second time ordering from there and it is the same issue every-time. After all this trouble they offer me something I would never use as compensation. Unacceptable I would highly recommend cue craft as they are more reliable and keep you updated.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This company are appalling to deal with and the carrier they use is just as bad. Customer service is non-existent - no one can/will provide us with any information of where our order is. We ordered with them in good time on the basis that they advertised delivery before Christmas. We are now facing the prospect of no Christmas present for our son and one very upset seven year old on Christmas Day. They have taken our money and we can not speak to anyone - potentially a scam company. Beware!

I ordered a present for my Grandson on 3rd Dec with 3-5 days delivery time. Had a XDP text message saying it would arrive on 16/12/2021 between 18:22 - 20:22. As this was being delivered to work waited nothing. Contacted the company by email and they would look into it. No contact made until yesterday when another message from XDP stating the same again waited at work nothing. I tried to speak to the company - don't accept phone calls, sent messages and they don't respond. Customer service is shocking and I only went with them as I though they would be a reputable company. I would never use them again who runs a business where there is no way of speaking to anyone.
