Lana is the best member of staff in the building , she always running around doing the job of 4 people
with a smile on her face . If you need anything at all she is person to ask as I have had other members of staff completely ignore me that’s if you can even find anyone else to ask , Bar staff seems be non existent I even asked a female staff member before is anyone serving at bar as she was sat with other customers talking on her phone. She replied if you go down to bar someone be with you thank god for Lana as I waited 5 mins before she saw me while she was cooking though the door and came to the rescue .

First time visit.

Big bingo Hall, was a cinema a long time ago. Felt different as used to Gala set up.

People pleasant and staff very helpful ( two young girls and receptions).

Didn't win, maybe next time.

Attended bingo yesterday.... cannot believe we actually waited 1hour 45 mins to actually get served drinks. Shocking....
App wasn't working. Only 2 people at bar with a sold out venue... REALLY
Bar staff were non existent and not apologetic at all....
The bingo caller was so rude and kept interrupting play. No staff so they also had to stop food.
The pop up bar should have been organised from the start in order to control the mega queueing round the venue. Considering you had to buy tickets to enter the venue prior this night was not organised at all.
As we were a good group in my party we had a good night but I think a lot of groups will not return. Also ther stage was not used appropriately. .. if you were at the back you could not see anything as they were all near ther bar.

I do really enjoy playing bingo with mecca and it's is a really good game to play especially withe the friendly staff as well

Good place to come to friendly people food entertainment wheelchair accessible throughout especially the toilets big not always clean but does the job only thing is toilet doesn't have seat or Air freshers.. Big problem smells etc... I would highly recommend this nice place bus stop outside last bus I think 1am...♥

Lots of fun . The staff are friendly it was a great experience. Alex was lovely he made me feel very welcome I will definitely be returning soon
