Visited for an evening out with work friends, we're all new to bingo but the staff were so helpful and guided us through! Ordering food and drinks on the app was very easy, and the Irish lady that served us was so lovely (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!) We had great fun, even got full house, and we'll definitely be back!

Went 14/08 for a Hen party. The venue was really short staffed but the staff on duty were all amazing. So friendly and warm and welcoming. You could see the staff were doing multiple job rolls and the stress was on them but they remained professional and bubbly!.
They even surprised our hen party with a round of mini prosecco bottles for our celebration without even being asked. The attention to detail was great.

Enjoyed our bingo in Norwich. Hopefully returning sometime very soon. My wife and I had a nice meal while we played bingo..Bonus, we won a full house!

Came here for a ticket only event of 'drag bingo', which was hosted by a couple of contestants from Ru Paul's Drag Race'. Got there early to be certain of a car parking space, and better seating choice. Unfortunately the tickets sellers, the tickets themselves, and the bingo hall all had a different ideas of what time the venue would be open. It resulted in (from what I heard) , a number of disgruntled people waiting in somewhat cold weather until nearly an hour after the published opening times. After finding a seat it was again another unfortunate wait in line for a popular bar, which also serves food. On a brighter note both were cheap enough, and the ordered food arrived soon enough, with portion size being ok. It was then another wait for the remainder of the bar queue to subside before they would start the evening's entertainment. The cabaret was entaining enough, but once again I heard a number of complaints when the bingo was being played, as they failed to raise the lighting enough for people to clearly see the numbers on their cards. The overall pain of the evening was numbed a bit by the food and drinks, but it was,( in fairness), disappointing.

Fun night out for family and friends. We always enjoy a meal too, which is reasonable price.

So I did not end up having any tea this evening because I waited over 45 minutes for it to be brought to me and when it never turned up I asked where it was and at this point bingo was nearly over so they gave me a refund. This distracted me from my bingo keep looking out for it and then having to flag someone down and speak to them. I am a regular, I go at least once a week and I spend around £80 each time. This is not the first time it's happened so I give up. I won't be ordering food from them again and it's really put me off going next week or again. I may just find another venue!

Love coming here, but it's very cold was sitting there with my jacket on and not keen on the new menu. Miss the Hunters chips
