Ordered Saturday of Bank Holiday weekend and order arrived next working day - fantastic service. Great to use an independent local company. Will definitely use again. Many thanks.

This is an extremely good shop. I bought a pair of Leica Ultravid binoculars, they were £201 below some of the other sites I looked on, top price of £700, and next day Royal Mail delivery was included by Birders. They arrived and were extremely well packaged.
This firm is hard to find, but well worth it.
The Ultravids are absolutely stunning.

I've never dealt with The Birders Store before, but was impressed by the reviews the shop had received.

Living in Preston, I didn't think it worthwhile travelling to the shop as I know how good Leica optics are having both the 10 x 42 Trinovids and the APO 77 Scope.
I decided to buy my wife the 8 x 42 Ultravids, ordered Tuesday night and delivered Thursday morning!
The only problem was that she said they were too heavy even though I told her they were lighter than my Trinovids.
Now I'm stuck with two pairs of excellent binoculars!

Thanks again to the team at The Birders Store for a very fast delivery.

Wow! Thank you for fulfilling my order for some Hawke compact binoculars so quickly! Less than 72 hours from order to delivery and just in time for a birding cruise around Poole harbour. Magnificent service and delighted also with the binoculars!

Excellent service and assistance, went along to buy some binoculars as I needed hands on experience to decide whether they were right for me and they were very helpful and friendly.

I have used the Birders Store for a number of purchases in the past 3 years and have just bought a Kowa scope from them. Superb service from Brian and Craig. Excellent knowledge and guidance. They really know their optics and I can not recommend them highly enough. All in all a great service.

Stumbled across this store when searching for some replacement binoculars for myself. I could see that they had some excellent reviews and their prices were extremely competitive too. Their communication was excellent and the binoculars were dispatched and received very promptly indeed. Highly recommended and I would definitely use this company again.

I had hoped to buy a spotting scope quite some time ago but it didn't work out. So, I thought now is the time. When I researched, I came across The Birders Store with an excellent stock of many options to choose from. I phoned up a day before visiting and spoke to Brian. He was very helpful and made some suggestions to fit our budget. We visited yesterday and Bev was extremely patient in letting us try 3 options. After narrowing to 2 options, Bev kindly took us outside with a church & trees to use objects of focus. This was really helpful with actual use scenarios. We decided eventually on a VIKING Swallow ED with a 20-60x80 set-up. Hopefully, as we use it we will find out exactly how good it is but with limited use after a day, its proving to be very good. If you need kit (bins, scopes, books etc.) for bird/wildlife observation or outdoors then be sure to consider THE BIRDERS STORE - they are an exceptionally nice and helpful Team. Worcester is also well worth a visit (Pappa's Cafe a great place to eat lunch!).
