Loon Hing Chinese

Arrived late. Called and was just told we are busy it's on way. I have used this place a few times and it's very hit and miss. Tonight was not very good. Meat in the house special was tough. And the prawn balls were awful.
So bad we had to throw it away and cook.

The food here is so good and hygenic. I’ve tried sweet and sour chicken at so many other resturants but all of them were too sweet for me to eat but here they do the best sweet and sour chicken. The texture and the flavour is spot on. And their spring roll is to die for. I just love everything they sell here and most importantly the staff here are so polite and friendly. I always feel welcomed everytime I go there. Highly recommend guys.

Just ordered Pad Thai noodles x2 from the Thai menu. They were chowmein and had a tonne of chilli and pineapple in. Both full of grease and not edible. Nothing to do with Thai food at all. The Chinese squid was also bad (soggy batter) and chicken satay not great. I called to say unhappy and would they consider just refunding the chowmeins that were sold as Thai food and they said no. They said some people like their food and some don’t and their regular customers know their Thai is Chinese. I explained they should change their description as it’s like they are miss selling to new customers. Would never use again. All thrown in bin, £26 wasted and only asked for £12 to be refunded. Very short sighted.

Great value for tasty food, lots of choices and the staff are always friendly and nice! Would highly recommend to everyone!!

Lovely place to grab some food. Portions are usually big enough to have for lunch the next day which is always a bonus.

Excellent food. Great take out, never had a bad meal.

We ordered from Loon Hung a set meal plus two other dishes for New Year. We thought we would try local, as it is close to home and easy to collect. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The pork and beef were swimming in sauce, (not nice sauce) the sweet and sour balls were stodgy and the sauce was not nice, the chicken in yellow bean sauce with cashews was full of garlic and no yellow bean sauce could be tasted! The whole meal was awful. I appreciate it is New Year and busy, but this was a waste of money. We won't be going there again - especially as there are many others that are so much better. BIG MISTAKE!

Absolutely brilliant.. I will go nowhere but here for a takeaway.. Fabulous customer service and the food is amazing..
