What a fabulous place to see Nuthatches, Siskins and other lovely birds.
Feeding stations with a full glass window from which to observe.
Simply marvellous!!!

Cracking place to view birds.not exactly the hides I'm used to.basically a large shed with a glass wall across the front.multiple feeders and the birds rarely seemed bothered even though you are standing a couple of feet away.spoke with one of the rspb ladies on the picnic area.i didn't get her name but she was with her grand daughters.lots of helpful information about the lake and surrounding areas.birds to numerous to mention.we will return again

We stopped by the cafe next door for some ice cream as it was 30 degree heat and spotted what is basically a little hut with bird signs all over.
The back wall is completely glass with lots of bird feeders hanging outside, my 3 year old absolutely loved standing there watching them for ages. They have a rule of 6 at present moment due to covid, but at 12 midday we were the only ones in there.
