Many thanks to all the team at Hannan Blinds. I had my blinds installed yesterday and they look amazing. The girls in the showroom helped with my colour scheme plus the measure and installation finished off at great experience. The 5 year warranty also gave me piece of mind for the future. Would highly recommend.

I missed a call from a representative of Hanna Blinds when he arrived at my property to provide a quote. The representative lied about the amount of time he had been waiting for my call back; he said over 20 minutes when it was only over 5.

We agreed he would return later in the day. However, I never received a call or any form of message to say there had been a change of plans. It's quite ridiculous to treat new customers this way, so I'd recommend literally any of their competitors.

Went on the website & nothing to say closed over bank holiday. Rang the phone number to check & got answer message to say all advisors busy so leave msg & they will ring back. Therefore presumed it was open so drove for 25 mins & paid £2.70 to park in the pub carpark they told you to use & they would refund amount.
The showroom was shut!! What a waste of time and money. They will not be asked to fit the blinds in our conservatory & lounge.

Had wooden blinds fitted, came in wrong colour and would not accept responsibility. After 6 month the blind would not shut. They repaired it free of charge when they came wound to install another blind. After few weeks blinds broke again. Dissapointing as they are not the cheapest

Popped into the Fulwood, Preston branch for advice today. Having a couple of minor problems with my Hannah blinds which I’ve had for over 10 years so considering this is the first issue, I think that’s pretty good going. Young lady was so helpful. There was no ‘oh you need to buy new’ I’ve done what she suggested & it’s worked! Thank you Hannah Blinds.

Hannan blinds were recommended to me by a work colleague I'm so glad I used this company they are such nice, friendly & professional people my blinds are just lovely we are over the moon with them & we will definitely be using them again thanks guys for such a first class job.

Superb service and excellent shutters. Communication could have been slightly better (I had to chase for updates) however the overall service was excellent. The two gents that came to fit the shutters were extremely polite and very friendly! Good quality shutters and by far cheaper than the previous quote I received from a well known National brand! Would highly recommend.

Ordered Roman and Perfect Fit blinds. Waited 5 weeks and 5 days for them to fit the wrong Roman blinds: wrong fabric and wrong colour. Told the fitter it was the wrong blinds; he said to take it up with with the office. Rang about it and the lady on the phone was insisting it was the right blinds despite not seeing it. Came into the shop and showed them a picture of the blinds and they agreed it was the wrong one and said they'll check with the supplier and get back to me about rectifying it. After not hearing anything back, I asked to cancel it and ordered with a different company. Hannan finally rang me back and said it would be another 5 weeks for them to order the correct blinds. Not once did they apologise or explain why they had ordered the wrong blinds in the first place, (which is the issue I raised) and there was still no apology or ownership on their part. I then asked twice for a date for them to remove the wrong blinds; they didn't get back to me with a date, then 3 weeks later turned up unannounced at my home in the morning, waking me up after I had spent all night in A&E because I was ill. Still no explanation or apologies. Very incompetent business. Disappointed with the overall service and will never do business with them or recommend them.
