Allegro Blinds

Totally avoid. Received really poor service throughout. Appointments were cancelled same day. I Was promised a quote on a particular day, didn't receive it, and if it wasn't for me calling up to find out where the quote was, I would have never received it, as I found out that he had sent the quote to an incorrect email address. The owners response was "I would never have promised a quote for a particular| day" which was totally inaccurate. The quote had my personal details on it so this a data protection breach. I was offered no apology whatsoever. Instead of trying to empathise and listen to the customer (me) the owner just became defensive with no intention of trying to resolve the issue. I've not since had one phone call from the owner, who didn't seem interested in understanding my point of view or receiving my business. I'm not surprised that there is not even one good review on here.

Couldn't recommend this place more. I had venetians fitted in the kitchen and they look fantastic. Kwasi was extremely helpful and the fitting was efficient and professional. If I ever need blinds again I will go back to these guys!

I always try an use local companies and was not disappointed with Allegro Blinds - I needed 5 blinds and 6 shutters for a new property - the guys at Allegro came out and measured up when they said they would, I got a quote the next day when I was told I would get it and it was the best price they could do as I did not want any of this "the price is normally x but if you sign today you can have 50% off" that I have experienced with national blind companies in the past - I placed the order and was updated at every stage - the 5 blinds came first and were fitted in an evening and then the 6 shutters came and were fitted over 2 days - Jason the installer is a true craftsman and did a fantastic job - we are so pleased with the quality of the blinds and shutters they all look fantastic - I would highly recommend this company.

This was our first experience with Allegro and we only have positive things to say.

The ordering process is quick and easy due to the well laid out website and you're able to see exactly what you're buying from start to finish. Kwasi came in and sat with us for an hour consultation and custom fit our blinds shortly after.

The after sales service is excellent and any queries that you may have are answered quickly and politely.

We will certainly be ordering again as and when the time comes.

We were really impressed with the knowledge and level of care we received from Kwasi and his team. We were advised and guided in our decisions about what sort of blind or shutter would work best and then again with the choice of fabrics.
Jason fitted our blinds and was efficient, clean and friendly.
We' re are so pleased with all our blinds and would have no hesitation in recommending Allegro and will definitely be back to see Kwasi if we need any further blinds.
