Abbey Blinds

We dropped by Abbey Blinds to request they come measure for some modern vertical blinds for our front room. They called in advance and Martin visited to install the blinds in no time. We’ve had them over 3 years now and they look as superb as the day they were fitted! Would totally recommend Abbey Blinds.

We have just had Phil Cowling and his son visit us to look at an existing blind (not supplied by them) which needed fixing. It was quickly sorted at a very reasonable cost. A very helpful family business. I think we will look at them when we need new blinds

We called in to look at some samples for Venetian blinds. The assistant was very helpful.

Excellent shop, staff friendly and knowledgeable, products good with excellent value for money.

I have used Abbey Blinds to install my new shutter blinds in nearly all of my front windows (just one room to go) and I cannot fault them. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The installation process was quick, clean and hassle free. I am obsessed with the finished product, they are beautiful. I have so many compliments on them. Overall 10/10 service and would recommend them to anyone :)

Rubbish customer service - not at all interested - Travelled over half an hour to get some advice on blinds and have a look at samples etc. Guy behind desk couldn't be bothered to discuss and just said " book an appointment and the fitter will show you samples when they come". Tried to get him to engage in some discussions but what a waste of time. Will be giving Hillarys the money instead. Not sure who the other reviewers have dealt with but it can't have been this guy.

Had Abbey Blinds round to measure up around 3rd September. Trying to keep business local. Good reviews too. I chose the blinds after the guy had measured up.
They haven't even been back in touch with me since. I'm assuming I'm not important enough.
