Contacted Chepstow blinds for an estimate for wooden blinds and found them to be very polite and helpful. When the fitter arrived he was very professional, polite and completed the fitting to the correct specification. Would fully recommend this business.

Rang to get a visit to quote for blinds. Man rang back and was unwilling to travel from Chepstow to Lydney because he said that I might want a second quote from elsewhere! He was aggressive, rude and condescending and obviously did not get a chance of fitting my blinds.
