My shutters from date of order was delivered and installed within 12 weeks which was brilliant. The sales rep Joe and John the installer were both friendly and respectful of my home. They answered all my questions and queries and didn’t make me feel awkward in anyway.

Details of the different types of shutters including pictures was explained and shown to me I was given a brochure and plenty of time to make my decision to continue with the order. And most importantly I was able to choose the payment options best suitable for me.

I am 100% happy with my choice of shutters The guys cleaned up after themselves and took all rubbish away with them.
After care was also explained of how to take care of the shutters. With 5 yrs guarantee this provides a peace of mind.

We had shutters installed in our two front rooms in June and are so happy with the results. Peter came round to do the initial quote and talk about the product and we were really impressed with his advice on how to line the design of the shutters up again different types of windows so it looked great from inside and outside.
We did pay a little more than other quotes but think that the product and service were definitely superior. Plus the after care was incredible too as we notice a couple of tiny cracks in some of the individual shutter ‘planks’ after installation and they were sorted are replaced really quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly service at the showroom. Straightforward pricing system with all options explained in detail. Good advice regarding shutter selection, size and colours available. Visited our house to measure and confirm size and price without any sales pressure. The fitter was friendly and carried out the work to a high standard and cleared away all rubbish and left it very neat and tidy. He explained all functions and maintenance required to keep the shutters in good condition. I would recommend Long Island Shutters for their excellent service.

Everything from beginning to end was perfect. Peter who came to measure and give the quote was great and explained everything very well. The shutters arrived quicker than expected and the fitters I had were brilliant (Mark & Lee). They were friendly and did a perfect job. I really have no complaints and would use this company again. This is my second time having shutters made and fitted by this company. From the very first meeting to get measurements and decide what options to go for I knew I was going to like doing business with them. I didn’t bother to shop around the first time because I liked the service. When I moved to my new house I was straight on the phone. The admin team are polite, on the ball and friendly and when it came to fitting, I had two lovely friendly profession guys doing a great job. They clean up after themselves, take all the rubbish away and leave everything looking lovely. I’ve already recommended 2 people and I will continue to shout about them whenever the opportunity arises.
