Very easy. They came and measured up at the time agreed, the blinds took 2-3 weeks to make as promised and they were fitted by a delightful chap who was friendly, tidy, respectful of the house and professional. My mum has also had all her blinds from here with no issues. I am surprised at the bad ratings I did not experience any rudeness.

I was a little dubious about using Christchurch Blinds after reading the bad reviews. I was pleasantly suprised, they were very professional, polite, punctual, the blinds arrive earlier than quoted and were lovely. Colours better than expected, good quality and well priced. Couldn't fault the company or the blinds.

I've used Christchurch Blinds on several occasions over the last few years and have always had a great service from them. Some of the reviews on here seem to be very spiteful which might suggest that they are either spurious reports by competitors or they are trying to tarnish the reputation of the company. I can wholly recommend them.

Three month review. No problems in shop. Three weeks to fit. During was okay but could have been better. Daughter's bedroom was off and I had to do it myself. Some of the blinds are about 30mm off so are cracking. Still, good value.

How lucky was I to find this extremely approachable, friendly , helpful company. Great service, from start to finish, Wendy was efficient and helpful, her husband (sorry I have forgotten his name) was polite, quick, cleaned up after drilling and gave us advice to keep the blinds clean. Thank you Christchurch Blinds.
