Excellent service received from this company from beginning to end. I am so happy with the roller blinds ordered and fitted to my complete satisfaction. The colour, quality and fittings are perfect. The shutters ordered and fitted are also to my complete satisfaction. The quality and fittings are perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending this company as perfection really matters.

Jason explained all the options available and showed us different samples of products. Once we went ahead with the order, we were given an approximate date which was confirmed nearer the time.

The fitter was very tidy, and polite. The products are well made and the customer service was great throughout the whole process.

Jason and his team are great. They came to see us at our new office in Broadstairs and provided a range of solutions to block the morning sunlight with samples and video examples. We chose what we wanted and within a matter of weeks the order was in and the fitter, Gary came and fitted. Really professional, affordable and high quality. Recommended!

After looking at several companies for initially shutters and blind for bathroom and blinds for bifold doors. I chose Coastal Shutters as they were prompt with coming to measure and give estimates for all of these items. And in the case of the bifold doors was very instructive in showing all the various blinds available I ordered motorised and very pleased with. The order was placed and dates given. Fitting of all the blinds and shutters was professional and without mess or fuss. I later also ordered a blind for my lantern (motorised) and also has been fitted and without mess.
To sum up my experience with Coastal Shutters I would say that they are professional in all areas of their service and would recommend them and have to friends and family.

Very impressed from start to finish. Jason was user friendly offering suggestions on style, design and quality of shutters. Not disappointed with product offered at a very competitive price. Clive who fitted them (and there were 3 bays) has done an exceptional job. They look great and compliment our rooms making them warmer than traditional curtains.

We have had a great experience dealing with Coastal Shutters from the start. Jason came measured up and priced the work which I must say a very good price. He told us that there would be about 14 weeks from the time of ordering and that was about right. The fitter Clive came another very pleasant and nice person. He was very clean and thorough in his work a good professional. The outcome has certainly enhanced the look of our house. So much that as we only had the front aspect done we are now going to have the rest done. If you are looking for shutters this is in my view the company to do the work.
