Four Seasons Blinds

I just wanted to thank the Epsom team for their professionalism and care in fitting some blinds we recently purchased from them. As well as being very attentive and listening closely to what we wanted they worked quickly and confidently; we are really delighted with the result. All in all it was a 1st class service and I would recommend them to anyone unreservedly.

We needed a new Velux blind fitted to a roof window as well as Luxaflex blinds. Four Seasons were amazingly helpful and professional both in terms of ordering and fitting. I would strongly recommend buying from them and when we need to replace the blinds in our house they will be the first port of call. Excellent.

The new Perfect Fit blinds look amazing and the fitter (a young lad) was amazing. A big thank you to him. These are by no means the cheapest blinds about, but you get what you pay for and they look fabulous.

I have used them twice now, we were impressed first when they installed our blinds so used them again. All I can say is we are even more impressed with the service, measurement, value for money and the installation process as well as the after service. Great local company and will be using them again in the future if I need more blinds. Highly recommended.

Ordered a set of plantation shutters for a large bay window. Everything on time as explained when measurements were taken. Installation was fast and efficient and blind look excellent still (6months later)

I just had some shutters fitted today that I'd ordered and wanted to write to pass on my thanks to you and everyone at Four Seasons Blinds. The shutters were to match some existing shutters and the matching was perfect the fitting also was done really well, couldn't have asked for better - and you were really helpful in scheduling a time for this to be done. Just wanted to pass on my appreciation for such a good job to everyone that was involved and I'll definitely recommend you to anyone.

I've been very pleased with the blinds we had installed throughout our house, but the minute one of the chains broke and I recontacted the company for help and they were not at all helpful. No interest in posting me a replacement, no interest in doing a quick video call to show me how to install a replacement. Instead offered £80 for a call-out which is over the top for something which is so simple, especially during COVID. Very disappointed with the after sales service from a company I've recommended and used myself several times.

UPDATE - thank you very much for that comprehensive response. I had no idea that any parts had been offered for free, I'm very happy to pay for them! I will pass by your shop next week to resolve.

Have just had full length blinds fitted to our dining room, very good price and expertly fitted. There was one small problem which Gary sorted out. Michelle in showroom was also very good. Would recommend
