Excellent customer service from this company. Lots of samples given to look at at home. Very friendly and attentive staff. My son and partner love their pink blackout blind, they had their old blind recovered as the fittings were in good condition.
Very quick, it was ordered on monday and it was up In the window by Thursday.
I purchased blinds for my other son and his wife recently for their new home in grey blackout, and they are delighted with how they look and the good quality of materials used, plus the price is very reasonable.

I notice that all reviews are more than 2yrs ago so am presuming service has gone downhill since then. I ordered 2 blackout blinds and a shutter. After a fortnight I rang to enquire status. Oh yes blinds are ready but no one told the fitter. Ok we all make mistakes.
Ok How about the the shutter. No surveyor available he comes from Ireland. After a month still no word so I cancelled. Very disappointing.
