Walter did an amazing job. We could not be happier the shutters look amazing and the black out blinds work perfectly. I would highly recommend Walter he worked meticulously -10/10 he really knows his stuff!

2nd time using. This time was for my Mothers house. Shutters look great and mum very happy.
Michelle has been incredibly helpful and is quick to respond. Only issue was mum paid extra for UK made quicker delivery and it didnt work out much quicker. 4-6 weeks turned into 11 so she probably would of been better off paying less and getting the 10-12 week delivery

We had shutters fitted by Riverside over 2 years ago and recently managed to break three of the slats . I phoned Mike at Riverside who ordered 3 replacement slats from China .
Michelle contacted us when they had arrived, and Matt did a great job of replacing the slats with no additional charge.
We were extremely impressed with the customer service that has been provided by Riverside Shutters .
I could not recommend them any higher for the service that was given.
