Connaught Shutters & Blinds

From start to finish, Connaught were great. Their customer service is excellent. Once the measurements were taken and the blinds were ready we agreed an installation date. We still had one room that needed plastering prior to installation and Connaught were happy to install the others and come back when we were ready for the job to be completed. I found them professional and courteous and would recommend them. Oh, and as a big plus point, they were also cheaper than a certain well known high street brand, with no compromise on quality.

It was great dealing with Connaught Shutters and Blinds. The service was fantastic, from Tom, Debbie, Jamie and Meredith. The awning is a fantastic asset to our garden, great quality, affordable and great selection to choose from.Would definitely recommend this Company.

Delighted and fantastic service. Great service from Tom and Debbie. From measuring up to fitting. There was a problem with the blinds which Tom came back and rectified. We are so pleased with the blinds and the quality. The rooms have been transformed. We will be ordering more in the next few months. Thanks to the team.

I am so disappointed, the service at the beginning was amazing, Tom spent so much time with us and the first order was faultless....but the second order we had to keep chasing and when it did arrive was wrong so one shutter was put up and the other two windows we are still waiting for and this was 2021 . So we are left with a window with the wrong shutter on and two windows still waiting , wont answer our calls and wont answer voicemails left...I literally am so so upset with this ..paid a hefty deposit too...if you read this Tom please get in touch ....

Highly recommended… whole property upgraded with plantation shutters in white. Quality materials, beautifully made and well fitted by professional install team - other than property looking 10 times better, wouldn’t even know they had been! Soooo pleased!

Started off so well, good sales and fitting service but as soon as something goes wrong absolutely terrible. We have had two faulty shutters for over a year now, with a five year warranty. Thomas never answers the phone or returns calls. I have texted, emailed and left loads of voicemails. Strange how he used to answer when you phone from a different number but he now knows my mobile, my landline and my wife's phone numbers so doesn't answer any of them anymore. He came out to inspect the shutter last February and told us numerous times the shutters had been ordered and after 11 months of chasing and promised he would get this resolved but now is not answering any of my calls.
I would not recommend using this company, good until they get your money , then you just need to hope nothing ever goes wrong. So frustrating when you pay so much money to improve your home and get fault products and aftercare service like this.
