On the day of installation no-one turned up. I got no phone call to explain why. When I phoned the next day to ask what had happened, I was given a poor excuse about the manufacturer making my blinds in the wrong fabric. No apology.
When I asked for my money back it took 10 days to be returned! Be very careful when dealing with this company!

My experience this time was not very good at all, OK blinds were fitted quickly & looked nice but there was awful lot of mess in the rooms from drilling etc, I had just had new grey laminate fitted 5 days previous to blinds being fitted, once the fitters had left which was fairly quickly we started to hoover the flooring & noticed there was a dirty great hole in middle of longe floor, we heard the fitters drop something but never thought it had damaged anything & you would think fitter would hold his hands up instantly apologising, no not this fitter did not say a word & left, called company to inform them & they spoke with the fitter & basically he bare faced lied about the incident, you can see he dropped his drill & end of drill bit landed in my flooring making the hole, the company has blocked me on face book & keep telling me I have to go through my insurance who will then contact their', my insurance want to charge me £350 taccess which I should not have to pay as I did not do the damage to the floor, I'm waiting for them now to clarify the procedure for claiming against them as they don't seem to know as apparently all yes been trading no one has had to claim against them? Really not happy being fobbed off on each call, don't seem to want to be responsible for their employees actions, very sad as will tarnish the company in long run. Would stay well clear DO NOT USE THEM.
