Where do I even start with this... Always, always dreading going back to this place. Unfortunately I just get sent by my doctors. Unprofessional reception staff, constantly quoting prices excluding the service charge (making the total usually twice as much, if not more), repeating like a broken record that one needs a referral. They also lost part of my results once and they asked me if I was just happy with whatever their IT team managed to retrieve. I just can't believe that this place is in London, UK. Please be careful with them!

Awfull experience. We waited with baby for 45 minutes after being told that waitint time is maximum 30 min which they could at least tell us by telephone before appointment. They basically didnt entertain the baby for blood test, she screamed entire time and no one there was helpfull or nice. Never ever going back

What a horrible place. The staff is rude and treats patients like cattle, herding them by groups of 5.
The little they are asked to do, like picking up a phone at the end of a test, they are unable to do. I do not understand why doctors keep sending them patients. There must be other labs that deliver a better service. Such a place should be bankrupt.
It is clear that the staff is badly considered by the owners and vents their frustrations on the patients. NEVER AGAIN will I get any test done there and I will share my views with the doctors I know.

The receptionist was very impatient and rude, which left me very dissatisfied. On the other hand, all the other employees were cordial and kind. I want to formalize a special compliment for Sara.H, person who collected the blood. She was extremely solicitous, took away the doubts I had and took my blood with angel hands. For more people like her in this life! Sara deserves five stars!

The staff are very nice, but this is the slowest private service I’ve eve encountered.

I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for every blood test I’ve been for, and over a week for some results.

I even just needed to collect a sample bottle and this took 25 minutes.

Would give one star if I could...! They lost my blood tests, then asked me to go back for free and apologised but still charged my BUPA insurance for it so it came off my allowance and now trying to invoice me personally as well for going back when one they said it'd be free but either way should be through BUPA...

Sent them an email, they apologised said they'd cancel all invoices but still texting, emailing, posting for money?!

Shambles.

If there was a negative rating, TDL deserves exactly that. The staff are incredibly rude, and they just generally DONT care. Most of the times patients go there due to an health issue, and this place treats ppl like a joke. If you can avoid it, please avoid it and go to another clinic.

Arrived at 9.05, was out of the door by 9.20. Very friendly receptionist and a real superstar phlebotomist Steph, who put me at ease, found my invisible vein which was always a problem previously, and did the whole procedure quickly and without any pain. Thanks!
